We offer a 98% order completion rate since we utilize four national distributors that ship from the products that we sell from seven differnt locations. This allows us to reduce shipping cost and time resulting in faster service and better pricing.  If your item happens to be out of stock, we will email you immediately and let you choose to cancel your order, choose a different product, or wait for your original product to arrive.

Ground shipping usually takes between 2-5 business days for delivery. When calculating your delivery date, be sure to only include business days (Monday through Friday). Packages typically do not move on weekends and carriers do not count weekends or holidays as days in transit. For example, an order placed on Friday with free ground delivery will be processed and shipped on Tuesday, when Monday is a holiday. 

Every effort is made to ship your order the same day it is received, but due to varying time zones, warehouse locations... we can not guarantee it. Most orders placed after 12:00PM PST will usually ship the next business day. You will receive an email from us as soon as we begin processing your order. We will send another email when the order has shipped, usually within 48-72 hours. A tracking number will be included in the email, if one is available. Most domestic items are shipped via UPS or FedEx. APO and FPO orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, depending upon cost and reliability.

In addition, most of our items can not be sent to a P.O. box and must be shipped to a street address.
