The Blackbox Pocket Plus G3 is one of the most cost effective options you can get without sacrificing quality. This 1.5 watt radio comes pre-programmed with 16 channels and can cover up to about 200,000 sq ft and up to about 10 floors of coverage — and can cover upwards of 1 mile outdoors. This is one of our most popular selling radios and comes with a 1-year manufacturers warranty.

This newest iteration of the radio has metal contacts for the Pocket 6, six-unit charger. It also has a larger PTT (push to talk) than the original Blackbox Pocket, clear audio and the volume switch is featured on top instead of on the side.

This radio is rugged and has been drop tested off of a 22-foot building and came out working on the other side. See below for the drop-test video.

One of the most unique features is that the Pocket Plus G3 has the ability to lock the channel so staff doesn't accidentally change the channel if you don't want them to.

This radio uses a K1 connection for audio accessories, is smaller than most modern cell-phones, and can easily be slipped into your Pocket as its name suggests — or you can clip it to your belt with the clip that comes with it in the box.
